Double Cove site visit organized by China Green Building (Hong Kong) Council was held on 1 June 2019 successfully. This project is China 3-star labeling in Hong Kong. Based on this event, China Green Building (Hong Kong) Council members have more chance to make exchange and discussion regarding green building technical and application.

The project is located in the urban area, the Victoria Harbor Seaview without cover, the unit material quality. It is available in a single-store building with a total of 37 flats ranging from 478 to 4,157 sq ft and a room rate of 69.3% to 72.1% Set up a work platform. The project fully embodies the idea of integrating environmental creativity into design, adopting passive green building design, respecting the original characteristics of the community and striving to reduce the impact on the environment. While focusing on energy-saving emission reduction and strive to use the product's life cycle can reduce carbon emissions.
