“International Technical Forums and Networking Activities” under Professional Services Advancement Support Scheme (“PASS”) will be held on 15 Oct. 2025 (Wed), which is organized by Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering, CityU, and collaborated by China Green Building (Hong Kong) Council and BEAM Society Limited.
Introduction
Professional Knowledge Advancement Scheme will combine the Mainland and Hong Kong green building technologies and standards to foster Hong Kong professionals to understand technology development and standard application. The deliverables are as below:
- Based on the《Assessment Standard for Green Building》(GB/T 50378-2019) &《Hong Kong Green Building Assessment Technical Guideline (2019)》and BEAM Plus Assessment family to provide the participant practical training on how to interpret the assessment and to apply in their project.
- Based on the theme of green building, we will expand the training on related topics, such as green building materials, urban planning, intelligent systems, etc.
- The training will match different topics based on basic knowledge, practical knowledge, and implementation requirements to help attendees understand green building-related technologies and applications.
- The concept will enhance Hong Kong professionals’ knowledge structure of green building and carbon reduction & carbon Neutrality.
- Case sharing will help Hong Kong professionals to learn from the experts the issues encountered, viable solutions and project optimization.
The forum will help Hong Kong professionals bridge the gap between engineering technologies and green building strategies.
