China Green Building (Hong Kong) Council, as the supporting organization of The 1st CRECCHKI Real Estate ESG Awards GBA 2023 “Creating a Built-To-Live Environment”, welcomes all the applicants who are interested in the event to register for the awards and conduct the exchange with the professionals.
About the Awards
In line with our country’s vision, we want to hand future generations a realistic thriving smart city that harmonic with nature, uses resources efficiently and contributes towards a low-carbon and circular economy throughout innovation & technology enablement. It is only through cross-sector, public and private collaboration that the scale of change needed can be achieved. The 1st CRECCHKI Real Estate ESG Awards GBA 2023 (“the Awards”) is launched by our chamber with the theme “Creating a Built-To-Live Environment 創建可持續生活圈”. This is an award to enhance environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives among not only the real estate sectors but for the built environment as a whole. Also, it’s to recognise all stakeholders’ sustainable development efforts so as to promote green technology, green finance and green standard certification to formulate cluster effects for the promotion of Hong Kong as an International Green Technology and Financial Centre.
We are pleased to have Deloitte as the official Assessment Consultant for the Awards. In addition, we have a great line-up of jurors. There are different categories of the Awards in which the judging criteria are considered from different perspectives and to be judged by our professional jury panel with a comprehensive approach in order to select and acknowledge the most outstanding leader companies.
The Awards comprises seven categories, and will be given to corporates, individuals (by nomination) and projects. Hong Kong-listed companies and private companies are welcome to submit applications to one or more categories. The results will be audited by a panel of judges to ensure the objectivity and credibility of the process.

Application Deadline: 18th August 2023 (Friday)
Participating enterprise should submit to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. a completed application form and supporting documents on or before 18th August 2023. The application fee is HK$5,000 for each enterprise, application fee will be waived if the application form and related documents are submitted on or before 4th August 2023. And enterprises may submit applications to one or more categories. The results will be announced at the Awards Presentation Ceremony cum Gala Dinner held on 20th October 2023.
