On March 22, 2017, the second green building development and policy forum was held at the 13th Green Building Conference. Organized by the China Urban Housing Research Center of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the forum was co-organized by the China Green Building and Energy Conservation (Hong Kong) Committee, the China Green Building and Energy Conservation (Macau) Association and the China Urban Housing Research Center (Taipei). The academic and professional experts and scholars gathered in the Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan's green building evaluation system, development policies, technology applications and cases to communicate and discuss.

The forum was chaired by Prof. Zou Jingyu, Chairman of China Green Building and Energy Conservation (Hong Kong) Committee, Professor Liang Yide, Vice Chairman, and Prof. Zou held an opening speech at the beginning of the forum to welcome experts and scholars from all sides.
